Refund and Returns Policy

For a refund, you need to contact us on one of our social media accounts with your order details and the issue you are facing. You will be provided with an address to send the parcel. Once we receive the parcel we will inspect it’s originality and refund you the amount in your mentioned bank account number.

You can claim a refund within 15 days of your purchase. 3 ml tester packs are not eligible for a refund.
